This was my second year photographing the annual Heart Ball for the American Heart Association. Kathy Rhew and Michael Privette of the Association are great to work with. This February night was so cold and I”ve only been in downtown Raleigh for a week, but it sure was convenient to have a cab pick me up at Bloomsbury and take me the few blocks to the new Raleigh Convention Center. And the Marriott Hotel packed me up a nice dinner to bring home.
